转发一则来自大使馆教育处老师的通知：
目前法国部分地区进入流感高发季节，出现了季节性流感与甲型H1N1流感共同流行的势态，且以甲型H1N1流感的流行为主。发病年龄以30岁以下青少年为主。因此，驻法使馆教育处特别提醒在法的中国留学人员做好个人预防、减少感染风险。

在生活中预防流感是最为重要的，我们要注意以下几点：
1、勤洗手。咳嗽和打喷嚏时应使用纸巾保护遮掩口鼻；室内要 保持空气清新，多通风，养成良好的卫生习惯。
2、戴口罩。觉得身体不适或到医院就诊，以及就诊陪同人员都要戴口罩，以减少感染机会。
3、科学居家观察。若出现流感样病例，患者应单间居住，加强 室内通风，尽量避免与其他人员接触。
4、提高自身的免疫力。要保持充足的睡眠、加强锻炼、注意增减衣物、注意合理膳食。
